GetReelMaker Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you access GetReelMaker and use its media creation services.

Using the service#

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use the service in compliance with applicable law. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access or credit controls, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

Your source media and instructions#

You retain your rights in the images, videos, prompts and other materials you submit. You grant GetReelMaker and its service providers the permission needed to receive, process, store and return that material solely to operate the requested features.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for submitted material, including a person’s image or likeness, and for checking generated media before you publish or distribute it.

Generated media#

AI generation can be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content generated for others. We do not guarantee that a result is unique, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Availability and processing time may vary by model and provider.

Plans, credits and payments#

Paid features may use subscriptions, one-time purchases or usage credits. The price, renewal interval and included usage shown at checkout apply to the purchase. Stripe or another displayed payment provider processes payment details; GetReelMaker stores the resulting transaction and access status needed to provide the plan.

Credit usage and task status are recorded in your account. Failed generation tasks are handled according to the displayed status and applicable credit-restoration rules. Contact support if a charge or credit deduction appears incorrect; the checkout terms and applicable consumer rights govern purchases.

Suspension and changes#

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, the service or third-party providers, or to address a breach of these terms. Features, models and usage limits can change as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected in the product or these terms.
