It applies to the creation, account, storage and payment features provided through this website, together with support and service communications connected to those features.

Your submitted media can also contain personal information, so please check that you have permission to use material before uploading it.

How We Collect Personal Information#

We receive information directly from you when you create an account, upload media, enter a prompt, change a preference, make a purchase or contact us. Google supplies the profile fields you authorize when you choose Google sign-in. The service also creates task, session and diagnostic records while processing your requests.

Sharing of Personal Information#

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the selected feature, process a payment, deliver an email, protect the service or respond to a valid legal request. We do not give a model provider more source material than is needed to process the requested task.

GetReelMaker uses Cloudflare D1 for application records and Cloudflare R2 for uploaded and generated media. Generation inputs are sent to the selected KIE model service. Google supports Google sign-in, Stripe processes supported payments, and Resend delivers supported email messages. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy notices.

Information about our Website#

The website uses session data, request metadata and similar technical records to keep you signed in, route requests, remember supported preferences, diagnose failures and prevent misuse. Browser or provider settings may let you limit optional storage, but essential session features may then stop working.

Mobile Application Disclosures#

This policy describes the current GetReelMaker web experience. If a mobile application is offered, its store listing and in-product notice will identify any additional device permissions or mobile-specific data before those features are used.

Interest-Based Advertising#

The current creation workflow does not require us to build an interest-based advertising profile from your prompts or uploaded media. If advertising technology that changes this practice is introduced, this policy and the relevant controls will be updated.
